A NOTE FROM OUR C.E.O., MICHAEL LOIA, ON HIS EXPERIENCE WITH ALYS BEACH.
I first encountered Alys on a scenic drive down 30A in 2006; a community of stunningly unique, sparkling white, and enchanting architecture. We rented various homes 4-5 times a year, including riding out hurricane Michael in 2018. We then purchased a shell under construction, moved a few walls, designed and executed all interiors and furnishings. We are now under construction on a private residence, performing full architecture and interior design. Plans for that home can be seen above.
