On April 23, 2022, Stan Sugarman of 711 Catherine Developers was awarded the 2022 Marguerite Williams Award by the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. This award recognizes the preservation project that made the greatest impact on historic preservation in the state of Georgia.
Other partners in the project were Lord Aeck Sargent, LBA Architecture + Interior Design, Stryant Construction, MetroGreen Construction and Proficient Engineering.
