LBA punches out corporate office space in Charlotte, NC

In collaboration with the Charlotte based firm, Redline, LBA recently completed the interiors for our corporate client. The new build-out, located in the heart of Charlotte, encompasses over 28,000 square feet of office space.

The perimeter private offices have full glass fronts to allow natural daylight into the interior corridors and interior glass front private offices.

LBA Collaborates with One of the World's Largest IT and Business Consulting Firms, CGI.

LBA had the opportunity recently to develop the design and execute the construction of CGI’s Atlanta branch at Resurgens Plaza in Buckhead. Our team was inspired and welcomed CGI’s collaborative style and consultative approach as we worked with their in-house facility planning team.

The results are a clean and contemporary space with the perfect balance between separation of public and private spaces while maintaining complete transparency throughout.

Alys Beach Residence - Nearing Completion

Our Alys Beach Residence is nearing completion and our clients are expected to be able to move into their beautiful new home mid-March 2023. Over the next several months, the interior finishes and details will be installed while the exterior landscaping will be completed.

Adair Park Preservation Project Makes Great Impact on Historic Preservation in the State of Georgia

On April 23, 2022, Stan Sugarman of 711 Catherine Developers was awarded the 2022 Marguerite Williams Award by the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. This award recognizes the preservation project that made the greatest impact on historic preservation in the state of Georgia.

Other partners in the project were Lord Aeck Sargent, LBA Architecture + Interior Design, Stryant Construction, MetroGreen Construction and Proficient Engineering.

LBA punches out Warehouse/Office space for Atlanta Forklifts, in South Fulton.

In collaboration with McDonald Development, LBA recently completed the interiors for Toyota Forklift.

The warehouse building, located in South Fulton, consist of 250,000 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of office space.
