LBA provides comprehensive planning, design, construction and facilities management services to clients throughout the United States. We have built our reputation by supporting our clients' needs as they relate to real estate and facilities.
LBA was established in 1979 as an architectural firm specializing in tenant space development, design and construction management. Principals are Michael A. Loia and Ronald L. Budde.
Today, LBA is a full service, award-winning Architecture and Interior Design firm. LBA has been consistently ranked in the top 20 largest interior design firms in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Book of Lists.

- Designed and managed base building, space planning, and interior design projects
- Provides marketing and presentation services and leasing support for office buildings in Atlanta
- Directly involved in all phases of due diligence, zoning research, code review and compliance, permitting and approvals with City and State agencies, design, construction document production, and contract administration for all office condominium and historic revitalization projects.

- Specializes in space planning, finish & furniture selections and design development for our commercial clients. Special interest in high-end residential interiors for our existing commercial clients.
